Our Dream Project “Homage” is exclusively planned and designed as our mark of respect and dedication to senior citizens. We want to value their good services of yesterday. This project is particularly for those who are lonely and staying away from their nearest and dearest for one reason or the other and may have to pass their remaining days in the same condition.
With the above sincere feelings, emotions and sentiments “Homage” has come up for the care and concern for those who are holding the torch that can guide us back to life by allaying all our fears and limitations at a place called “Konnagar”, a town just 24 kms away from Kolkata on the bank of the Holy river Hooghly, situated in the district of Hooghly, West Bengal.
Kundalia foundation is very closely associated with Pragati Sangha of Dara (Dara Village, South 24 Parganas,West Bengal). The group has played a very significant role in motivating the women there to join Self Help group under Microcredit programme. Some other activities include – arranging sustainable income for the marginal farmers, rendering health services to the poor, creating educated future generation and pollution free environment.
